Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Birches Head Academy, United Kingdom Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused on their work. This role plays an important part in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting the smooth running of daily school activities. Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of a relevant Certificate. - At least one year’s experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. - Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain discipline. - Strong communication skills to interact positively with students and staff. - Organisational skills to follow lesson plans provided by teachers accurately.
