Counsellor

Term time only • Part time, two days per week, 15 hours per week ( 8.30am to 4.30pm) • One Year Fixed Term Contract Aldenham School is seeking an experienced, empathetic and highly qualified School Counsellor to join our Pastoral Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about supporting the emotional wellbeing of young people and promoting a caring and supportive environment for pupils to share their concerns. The successful candidate will primarily work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support to thrive at School. A flexible approach and the ability to respect the confidentiality of clients whilst recognising key safeguarding obligations is essential.
