What you will be doing As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral professionals to provide personalised support for our students. Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development. Helping students build confidence, resilience, and independence. Supporting learning in both classroom and outdoor environments. Building strong, trusting relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and empowered.
