Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)

We're looking for caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our growing team at our Longdon Parkway site in Burton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students aged 14-19 with additional needs, helping them develop the confidence, skills, and independence they need to succeed both in education and beyond.

What you will be doing
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral professionals to provide personalised support for our students.
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, creative, and practical learning experiences.
Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual student needs.
Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
Helping students build confidence, resilience, and independence.
Supporting learning in both classroom and outdoor environments.
Building strong, trusting relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and empowered.
Creating a positive, inclusive environment where every learner can thrive.
What you'll bring
