We are expanding our Estates team and looking for someone to maintain, fault-find and optimise the College’s mechanical and electrical building services to ensure safe, compliant and energy efficient operation. The role is predominately hands-on M&E, delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, Building Management System (BMS) optimisation and small project works across campus, in support of teaching, learning and the wider College community.
Served a recognised Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent with a level 3 Diploma in Engineering – Mechanical or Building Services along with demonstrable hands-on experience of building maintenance and M&E systems including HVAC, LTHW, LV distribution, BMS controls and water services
