We are expanding our Estates team and looking for someone who will lead the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the College's mechanical and electrical building services across the campus, acting as the technical authority for M&E and the designated Authorised Person for nominated statutory compliance regimes. The postholder is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the building services function, the line management of the Building Services Engineer, and for driving the College's sustainability and carbon reduction agenda in partnership with the Deputy Head of Estates, Projects & Sustainability, in support of the Climate Action Group targets and route to net zero.
You will have served a recognised Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing apprenticeship with relevant level 4 or HNC qualification or equivalent along with substantial experience in a building
