We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and innovative teacher who is passionate about inspiring young people through Art and/or Design Technology. This is a unique and flexible opportunity to teach both Art and Design Technology across Key Stage 3, while teaching your specialist subject at Key Stage 4. Whether your specialism is Art, Design Technology or Photography, you will be based within and line managed by your specialist department, whilst working collaboratively across both curriculum areas to provide exceptional learning experiences for our students. Student interest in both Art and Design Technology continues to grow, with students selecting their GCSE options at the end of Year 8. This is an exciting opportunity to join two thriving curriculum areas and help shape the next stage of their development. You will teach in well-equipped specialist facilities, including dedicated Art studios, a photography darkroom, specialist Design Technology workshops across two floors, food and textiles rooms, and access to laser cutting technology.
