We have an exciting opportunity for an established or newly qualified teacher to join our team as an SEN Teacher with PE Specialism.
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and inspirational teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced and confident PE teacher who can teach a range of subjects across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. If you are enthusiastic about shaping young minds and fostering creativity, we would love to hear from you.
What we are looking for:
A teacher who is able to:
· Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.
· Be adaptable and flexible, ready to embrace new ideas and approaches that effectively support students with SEN.
· Know, understand and contribute to the Educational Health Care Plans of each student they work with.
· Support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN.
· Have a relationships first ethos and an understanding of emotion coaching and the restorative approach.
· Show sensitivity in listening to young people’s situations and the ability to communicate positively and effectively to reach solutions.
· Actively and proactively look ahead, predicting and preventing barriers to success.

Salary and Hours:
Salary: Teacher - M1-UPS plus SEN allowance £2,787
This is a permanent vacancy (5 days per week)
Hours 32.5 Hours per week (8:30am Start)
