Rowing Professional and Boat Club Administrator
Commencing September 2026
St Paul’s School is seeking a motivated Rowing Professional & Boat Club Administrator to support our high-performing rowing programme.
This varied role combines leading coaching for a year group with the day-to-day administration of the Boat Club, including organising training, races and logistics. You will work closely with the Director of Rowing, contribute to a collaborative coaching environment, and help ensure the safe and effective running of all activities. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching junior rowers, strong organisational skills, and a passion for supporting young athletes.
Salary: Competitive plus benefits.
Hours: Flexible working hours around required training sessions, 35 hours per week, including weekends.
