Key Responsibilities Planning and Teaching Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the English National Curriculum Develop schemes of work and teaching materials that promote curiosity and a love of learning Assessment and Reporting Assess, monitor, and record student progress Provide clear, constructive feedback to students and parents Classroom Management Create a positive, well-organised, and safe learning environment Maintain and develop classroom displays and learning resources Student Support Support the academic, social, emotional, and pastoral development of all pupils Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students, including those with SEN Collaboration Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and external professionals Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture Professional Development Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development Stay up to date with current best practices in education Additional Responsibilities Undertake supervisory duties as part of the school’s daily routines Provide flexibility and support within Early Years when required Requirements Experience teaching in Primary education A relevant undergraduate degree A recognised UK teaching qualification (e.g. QTS, PGCE) Native-level English proficiency Strong teamwork skills and the abilit
