The Role: At New City College’s Ardleigh Green Campus, students are encouraged to aim high, work hard, and develop the skills they need for university, apprenticeships, and future careers. We are now seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to join our dedicated team and play a central role in guiding students throughout their journey with us. In this role, you will deliver weekly group tutorials and one‑to‑one sessions that help learners set goals, stay motivated, and overcome personal or academic challenges. Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive timely and effective support. Alongside academic guidance, you will contribute to enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and help strengthen the positive, respectful, and inclusive culture that defines Ardleigh Green.
