The PH Director of Performing Arts (DPA) will be a calm and inspiring leader who champions music, drama, dance, and performance across the school. They will provide strategic oversight of the Performing Arts curriculum, co-curriculum, and enrichment programme, ensuring a vibrant culture of creativity, confidence, and artistic excellence. As a key middle leader within a thriving prep school, the DPA will model exceptional classroom practice, lead high-quality productions and performances which involve the whole school, and cultivate an environment where every pupil, regardless of experience, feels empowered to discover and develop their artistic voice. It is essential that the DPA aligns wholeheartedly with the values, expectations, and vision of a thriving prep school.The successful candidate will champion the principle of Performing Arts for all, ensuring that every child, regardless of background, confidence level, or previous experience, has meaningful, enjoyable, and confidence-building opportunities to perform.
