About this role

Northview International School is recruiting an experienced, dynamnic and outgoing Parent Relations Manager to lead the school's Admissions and Marketing Department. As the first point of contact for current and prospective families, the Parent Relations Manager will oversee the full parent journey from initial enquiry through enrolment while supporting student retention and re-enrolment initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional who can confidently represent the school, build strong community relationships and drive engagement through strategic outreach, communications and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment Build strong relationships with current and prospective parents Develop and implement an annual Outreach strategy to promote the school within the local community. Identify partnerships and promotional opportunities to support admissions growth and student retention. Liaise with senior leadership to ensure school tours and outreach visits effectively convert prospective families Shape and communicate the school's brand story across all communication channels Manage the school's organic social media presence and engagement Create and maintain a monthly organic content and Events calendar Develop engaging content for social media and community communicatgions Enhance parent engagement through excellent customer service and communication practices
