We are seeking an inspirational, passionate and experienced Site Manager to lead our team at our brand new Forest School provision.

Extensive experience working with children with SEMH/SEND needs?
Proven experience in managing and leading a team?
A profound understanding of the importance of safeguarding?

A Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification?

Farm Club Provision
Farm Club offers interim high dependency support to primary and secondary age students who are struggling to engage socially and academically in the classroom environment. High dependency provision at Farm Club is reflective of our staff ratios, the needs and requirements of the child and their families, as well as the approach that is taken to reintegrate a young person back into mainstream or specialist schooling. As a high dependency provision, we are able to supply outstanding resources, a tailored curriculum and dedicate unwavering time and attention to the children in our care, with careful consideration of the level of need required for each individual.

Ideal candidates include SENCOs, educators, pastoral leads, and those currently in other leadership or management positions within childcare and education. It is desirable for the candidate to be a Level 3 Forest School Leader.
