About this role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Marketing department at Guildford High School. The Marketing department coordinates and delivers all external publicity and communication activity as well as providing internal administrative/creative support to a wide range of stakeholders. As a leading independent school, our school news and marketing material is viewed by current and prospective parents as well as those within the wider education sector.
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide creative support to the Marketing team. A hands-on approach to problem-solving, an eye for detail, creative flair and being able to manage multiple projects are all fundamental to the role.
The team is led by the Director of External Relations, and the Marketing Administrator Executive will report to the Head of Marketing.
This is a part time role for 2 days a week - 15 hours a week, term time only plus 3 non-term time weeks. The starting salary is from £8,576 per annum (pro rata to the FTE of £25,500), depending on experience.
