Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Little King’s Nursery, part of the respected King’s School Rochester, is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our dedicated early years team from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children’s development within a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Working as part of a collaborative nursery team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 2 years and above. You will support the delivery of a creative and engaging EYFS curriculum, helping children to develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically through purposeful play and meaningful learning experiences. As a key person, you will build strong and positive relationships with children and their families, supporting each child’s individual needs and maintaining accurate developmental records and learning journeys. You will contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and well-organised nursery environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive. The successful candidate will be a proactive and flexible team player with a sound understanding of child development, safeguarding, and the EYFS framework. You will demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for young children.
