Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes
Level 2 qualifications or above in both English and Maths (e.g., GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent)

Role Purpose
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Mentors to join our rapidly growing team. The Learning Support Mentor will play a key role in supporting students to build their confidence, develop essential life and employability skills, and achieve personal growth. This includes delivering tailored sessions in core subject areas of; Navigators customised qualifications of Level 1 Personal Development and Level 1 Employability, English, maths, vocational and non-vocational courses while fostering social inclusion and resilience.
The ideal candidate will provide mentorship, guidance, and individualised support to help students overcome barriers to learning and transition successfully into further education, training, or employment opportunities. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, the Learning Support Mentor will empower students to unlock their potential and prepare for the next step in their journey.
