International Operations Manager from August 2026

Bexhill College is an Outstanding, open access and inclusive Sixth Form College. As part of our work, we have a number of commercial activities which enhances the college offer to its community and beyond. This includes international students and adult education. We are seeking a well-qualified manager to work alongside our senior staff to manage and develop this area of our work. This is a wide ranging role which will offer exciting opportunities for personal development. As the International Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality of our international provision. You will also work closely with the Assistant Principal International Students and Adult Education supporting the adult education offer. Responsibilities will be allocated according to qualifications and experience. The successful candidate should be educated to degree level and have a good understanding of working in an environment where meeting customer expectations is crucial. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills, patience, a sense of humour and be able to work under pressure. They need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full time, term time only role with 15 plus days during the holidays. All year round would be considered for the right candidate. Part time hours round may be considered for an exceptional candidate. The role attracts an excellent salary as well as being part of the Local Government Pension scheme. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
