Faculty Leader of Humanities and Citizenship Do you have a passion for empowering students to understand the world around them, think critically about the past and present, and develop the knowledge and skills needed to become informed, active citizens? Do you want to play a leading role in shaping an ambitious Humanities and Citizenship curriculum, developing students’ historical and geographical understanding, critical thinking, literacy and oracy, and their ability to engage thoughtfully with social, political and ethical issues? Are you an inspirational History teacher and leader with excellent subject knowledge, the ability to motivate others, and a firm commitment to raising attainment and achievement for all students? If so, we invite you to join us and provide strategic leadership for Humanities and Citizenship, shaping curriculum, pedagogy and outcomes across the school. L7-9 (Currently £60,145 to £63,070) 1 FTE Permanent Required for 1st September 2026 We welcome applications from both newly qualified and more experienced colleagues who are attracted by the opportunities of working within our school and Trust.
