Shiplake College is seeking to appoint an Exams Assistant to support our Exams Officer with administrative duties linked to the examinations process. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our internal and external exam processes.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent attention to detail, be well organised, be a great communicator and be able to use your own initiative to prioritise and organise conflicting ongoing and immediate demands.
This is a part-time role, working 15 hours per week, term-time plus INSET. The working hours are to be agreed with the Exams Officer with flexibility for either 5 hours, 3 days a week or 2 full days a week working between 8am and 5pm.
Flexibility during the exam seasons would be helpful as earlier morning starts and/or longer days may be required. Some knowledge of exam processes and systems would be an advantage along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. However, if you are super organised, have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a busy environment we want to hear from you.
