We are looking to expand our Estates Team, you will supervise the day-to-day delivery of general estates services across the campus, including caretaking, portering, grounds, general repairs and minor maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean, well-presented and welcoming environment that supports teaching, learning and the wider College community. To act as a first point of contact and operational lead for general estates issues, supervising the Estates Maintenance Assistants and Estates Officers and providing a high level of customer service to all College users. You will have a relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent practical experience in a building trade, caretaking or facilities discipline along with Experience of general estates, and supervision of a small team.
