Hilden Oaks School & Nursery is a well-established educational setting located in the United Kingdom, dedicated to providing high-quality early years education and care. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team on a part-time basis, working four days per week. Position: Early Years Practitioner (Part-Time, 4 Days Per Week) Role Overview: As an Early Years Educator at Hilden Oaks School & Nursery, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of young children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in an early years setting - Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare) - Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework - Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual children's needs - Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children - Basic first aid knowledge is desirable Values and Attitudes: - A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development - Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children - Positive attitude towards teamwork within a diverse staff group - Respectful approach towards families’ backgrounds and cultures - Willingness to engage in continuous professional development - Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism If you are dedicated to making a positive difference during these formative years of childhood education while being part of a supportive school community, we would love to hear from you.
