We are looking to expand our Estates team, in this role you will lead the planning, day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the College's Estates function, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the estate and the delivery of high-quality services in support of teaching, learning and the wider College community. The postholder deputises for the Head of Estates on operational matters, supports the operational delivery of capital and minor works projects, and assists the Head of Estates with the delivery of the College's sustainability and Climate Action programme across the estate. The role carries overall operational responsibility for both the building services / M&E function, led through the Senior Building Services Engineer, and the general estates, maintenance and site services function, led through the Estates Supervisor.
