Whole School SENCO

TSI International School is seeking to appoint an experienced and compassionate SENCO to lead and coordinate provision for students with additional learning needs across the Secondary School. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping ensure that students with diverse learning profiles receive appropriate support, intervention, and guidance to access the curriculum successfully and feel fully included within the school community. The SENCO will work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral leaders, parents, and external professionals to develop effective support systems and inclusive teaching practices that enable all students to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a key leadership role within the school’s inclusive education provision and requires a proactive educator with strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
