We are now looking for a Vocational Studies Tutor (Land-based) to join our dynamic Vocational Studies Team (VST). What you will be doing As part of the Vocational Studies Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping young people who haven’t always thrived in traditional classrooms discover what they can do. Through meaningful, hands-on learning, you’ll help them build confidence, independence and real-world skills. You will: Deliver engaging, practical sessions in our gardens and outdoor learning spaces across a range of land-based crafts, horticulture and hard landscaping Support the delivery of City & Guilds land-based qualifications and AQA unit awards, helping pupils achieve nationally recognised outcomes Guide pupils in the safe use of tools and equipment, applying strong dynamic and detailed risk assessment Embed Systematic Instruction and a Trauma Informed Practice (TIP) approach into every session Build strong, trusting rela
