We are seeking a dedicated and experienced University Guidance Counsellor to join our team as a College Counsellor. This role involves supporting our students through the university application process, helping them make informed decisions about their higher education pathways. Position: University Guidance Counsellor Location: Bengaluru, India Curriculum: International Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Experience: 4 years Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalized guidance and support to students regarding university selection, applications, scholarships, and career planning. - Stay updated on global university admission requirements and trends. - Organize workshops, seminars, and information sessions for students and parents. - Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate college counselling into the overall student development program. - Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes related to university admissions. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; advanced qualifications in counselling or education preferred. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in college or university counselling within an international school setting. - Strong knowledge of international higher education systems including UK, US, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, faculty members. - Proficient in using digital tools for research and managing application processes.
