ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a knowledgeable and industry-experienced Tutor Assessor in Plumbing & Gas to support apprentices and work-based learners through high-quality assessment, coaching and learner support. You will work closely with employers and learners to ensure timely achievement, positive outcomes and an excellent learner experience, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role you will: Deliver high-quality assessment, coaching and learner support in line with awarding body and College requirements. Monitor learner progress and conduct regular reviews, setting clear targets and providing constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with employers and workplace mentors to support learner achievement and development. Maintain accurate learner records, assessment evidence and compliance documentation. Carry out workplace visits and support quality assurance activities, including standardisation and IQA where appropriate. Carry out duties in line with College policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality commitments SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Level 3 qualification in Plumbing, Gas or a related vocational area.
