About this role
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly organised part-time AEN Administrative Assistant to support our busy Additional Educational Needs department, 3 days a week. This is a rewarding role at the heart of our inclusive school, providing key administrative support to ensure students with SEND receive the provision they need to succeed.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload, maintain accurate records and coordinate important processes such as EHCP reviews and access arrangements. You will be a proactive and approachable team player, able to build positive relationships with staff, students, parents and external agencies, while contributing to a supportive and professional environment.

2 Week October Half Term.
Excellent pension schemes: Teachers’ Pensions (TP) with 28.68% employer contribution (effective from 1 April 2024) for teaching staff and Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for support staff with 20.5% employer contribution, with 50/50 option for support staff to pay a reduced employee contribution rate. Employee contribution rates for both teaching and support staff are banded based on pensionable pay.
