About the Post
We are looking to appoint a Trust Estates Manager to be the technical lead for all estates matters across the Twynham Learning Multi-Academy Trust; ensuring our schools are safe and inspiring places for teaching and learning. This post is based in our Core Services “Head Office” team, working alongside friendly and professional operations colleagues who specialise Finance, Governance, HR and IT. Our Trust Estates Manager also works closely with our excellent Site Team colleagues across our eight schools. Our estate is well maintained and attracts a large capital expenditure budget. We partner with Judicium, who provide high quality health and safety support for our whole estate, as part of our strong commitment to safety.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to lead on:
· Strategic estate planning and asset management, including capital planning, lifecycle modelling and condition-based investment planning
· Compliance (statutory and regulatory), health and safety and risk management, including being a ‘responsible person/duty holder’
· Our programme of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance, plus capital works and construction
· Setting and managing estates budgets and following compliant procurement processes
· Undertaking the role of Sustainability Lead for our trust
What we can offer you
· An opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our local community by supporting the education of children and young people
· 31 days’ holiday leave per year, increasing to 34 days wit
