We're looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Pharmacy Assessor to join our expanding team. You don't need previous assessing experience; we'll support you to develop the skills you need. If you have the passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm, we'll help you become a great assessor.
This is an exciting time to join us. We already have a highly successful and rapidly growing Level 2 Pharmacy apprenticeship programme, and this September we're launching our brand-new Level 3 Pharmacy apprenticeship. As our provision continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of pharmacy professionals.
As a Trainee Pharmacy Assessor, you'll support apprentices in the workplace, carrying out observations, providing constructive feedback, and coaching learners to achieve their full potential. Every day is different; one moment you'll be watching an apprentice demonstrate their skills, the next you'll be helping them overcome challenges and celebrating their successes.
