We’re expanding our dedicated team and searching for compassionate, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join us in transforming lives for students aged 14-19 years old. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff in a collaborative environment that values empathy, creativity, and personal growth. What you will be doing Support teaching staff in preparing lessons and delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Work 1:1 and in small groups, guiding pupils through personalised learning plans. Encourage emotional regulation and positive behaviour through patience, understanding, and consistency. Supervise and inspire pupils during classroom and outdoor activities, promoting independence and confidence. Build trusted relationships that make pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated. Create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
