At 3 Dimensions School, we specialise in supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and trauma-related needs. We’re looking for a Maths Teacher who can bring learning to life, build trust, and help our learners achieve meaningful progress — academically, socially and emotionally. What You’ll Do Delivering engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3, KS4 and Post-16 Teaching a blend of functional maths, Entry Level, GCSE (where appropriate) and real-life numeracy Adapting teaching to meet EHCP outcomes and individual learning profiles Using creative strategies such as visual scaffolding, chunking, practical resources and overlearning Embedding trauma-informed, low-arousal approaches to support regulation and engagement Tracking progress, identifying gaps and celebrating every success Building strong, positive relationships that help students feel safe, confident and ready to learn Who We’re Looking For Essential: Experience teaching or supporting Maths learning Ability to differentiate for a wide range of needs Strong relationship-building and classroom management skills A commitment to inclusive, child-centred education Driving licence required Desirable: QTS (or working towards it) Experience in SEN or alternative provision Experience
