Location: Quidenham, Norwich, NR16 2NZ Actual annual salary: £23,835 - £24,568 dependent on experience and qualifications Hourly rate: £13.34 - £13.75 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 4pm Contract: Fixed term contract until 21/02/2027 Start date: As soon as possible Aurora Eccles School: We’re currently looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our school on an initial fixed term basis. You will be working alongside the teacher and therapy teams to create an enabling environment and supporting students to actively engage with their social and academic environment. Part of the Aurora Group, Aurora Eccles School in Quidenham, Norwich provides day placements for students aged 11 to 16 years primarily with communication and interaction difficulties or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia. Some may be on the autistic spectrum or have anxieties and difficulties that create barriers to learning. With small classes, a maximum of 10 students and a minimum of 3 staff per class you can focus on the needs of each student.
