Ashcroft Technology Academy is an exceptional and heavily oversubscribed school, recognised in its most recent OFSTED inspection (2025) as providing an "Exceptional" quality of education, behaviour and achievement. Inspectors found that pupils "achieve highly across a very wide range of subjects", that attendance and behaviour are maintained at exceptionally high standards, and that leaders have a "transformational impact" in equipping young people with the knowledge and skills needed for future success. As part of a skilled and committed team of Teaching and Learning Assistants, the successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. They will provide flexible support to students with Education Health and Care Plans. The successful candidates will also support a range of students in and out of the classroom, ensuring that learners with special needs have full access to the National Curriculum. Applicants will be expected to have good literacy/numeracy skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment. They should possess excellent personal organisation and ICT skill
