Due to continued growth, The Rise Sixth Form is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistants to join our expanding team.We currently have three exciting opportunities available: TLA to support Science up to and including Level 3 TLA to support Creative subjects (Art, Drama, Music, Animation or Media) up to and including Level 3 TLA to provide general learning support across the sixth form provision At The Rise Sixth Form, we aim to build aspirations, inspire confidence, and motivate learners so they can make informed choices about their futures and reach their full potential. All learners follow a personalised timetable and an individual learning programme designed around their strengths, interests, ambitions, and support needs. Learners are encouraged to develop independence, celebrate their individuality, and achieve meaningful outcomes both academically and personally. As a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners academically, emotionally, and socially. Learners attend lessons at West Thames College and are also supported within the sixth form base.
