We're seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join our speech, language and communication needs class, the students in this class have a higher level of speech and communication needs. You will be delivering high quality teaching and learning. Although Aurora Redehall is a primary school, many of the students are working at least 2 academic years behind their chronological age, so this position would suit an EYFS teacher. Why Join Us? Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Set, monitor, and review personalised learning targets. Assess, track, and report student progress to stakeholders in line with school policies. Create structured, engaging lessons with clear objectives and challenge. Contribute to reviews of Statements, EHC plans, PEPs, and LAC meetings. Stay informed on autism-related developments to support effective teaching. Work positively and
