Our Ideal candidate will have:
· Qualified Teacher Status with a relevant degree: bringing secure subject expertise and a strong foundation to deliver high-quality PE lessons that support excellent student outcomes.
· Proven ability to reflect on and improve teaching practice: using insight and evaluation to continuously strengthen pedagogy and maximise student achievement.
· Strong knowledge of PE programmes of study: ensuring a well-sequenced, engaging curriculum that builds skills, knowledge, and confidence across all key stages.
· Clear understanding of strategies to embed high aspirations: driving a culture of ambition where every student is supported and challenged to exceed expectations and raise attainment.
