Teacher of Nurture

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Nurture. This role focuses on supporting students' emotional and social development alongside their academic progress within the UK curriculum. Key Responsibilities - Deliver tailored nurture support to students, helping them build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships. - Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate nurture principles into classroom practice. - Support students’ engagement with the English curriculum through targeted interventions. - Monitor student progress and wellbeing, adapting approaches as needed. Skills and Qualifications - A strong interest in working with young people in a nurturing capacity. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - Patience, empathy, and understanding towards diverse student needs. - Willingness to learn about nurture strategies and child development theories. - Relevant qualifications or training in education or youth work are desirable but not essential.
