What You’ll DoDeliver engaging, high-impact General Science lessons across KS3 and IGCSE, and Physics at IB Diploma level.
Design inquiry-rich learning experiences that develop scientific thinking, experimentation, and real-world application.
Use formative and summative assessment to inform teaching and provide clear, constructive feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate closely within the Science Department to develop curriculum alignment and cross-disciplinary links.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, enrichment activities, and pastoral support.
About YouBachelor’s degree in Physics Science Education, or a related field.
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or international equivalent).
Successful experience teaching KS3 and IGCSE Science, and ideally IB DP Physics (or A-Level).
Strong subject knowledge, inclusive classroom practice, and confident use of digital learning tools.
A reflective practitioner with excellent communication, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding.
