The person: We are looking for an excellent English Teacher who has a real passion for teaching their subject and can demonstrate excellent subject knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience or an interest in teaching through a mastery approach. They will also be committed to continued professional development through teaching and learning to drive their practice and development as a teacher. They will be enthusiastic, organised and committed to providing an outstanding education for all students. This role would suit both an ECT or an experienced teacher.
