Teacher of Design Technology (plus Food and/or Art)

Brinsworth Academy is currently looking for an exceptional Teacher of Design Technology with an additional interest in Food and/or Art to join us on a full-time basis, covering a period of maternity cover leave. In this role, you will deliver stimulating and engaging lessons to students, helping them achieve a high standard of learning through high-quality teaching and the effective use of resources. We are looking for an inspirational teacher, able to demonstrate a passion across the subject areas. You will have the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities in the 11 – 18 range. With a demonstrable record of good or outstanding results, you will have a commitment to raising aspirations and supporting the wider college community. If you are currently undertaking initial teacher training, you will have demonstrated outstanding potential and aptitude for secondary teaching.
