What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be a passionate specialist with strong subject knowledge across Design Technology and Engineering. Have the ability to inspire students through inquiry-based learning and hands-on projects. Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement. Be an inclusive practitioner who adapts teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND. Have experience with or an interest in the International Baccalaureate framework (desirable).
