Is calm, flexible and solution-focused
Is committed to inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable young people
Values teamwork, humour, and mutual support
Experience in PRU / PRS / alternative provision is welcome but not essential
We are happy to support teachers from mainstream settings who are keen to develop their practice in an alternative provision environment.
