We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) Inclusion to join our team as a Behaviour Manager/Specialist. This role focuses on supporting students with additional needs, promoting positive behaviour, and helping every child achieve their full potential.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with behavioural challenges and special educational needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create effective support plans.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to reports on behaviour development.
- Promote an inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect and positive interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma qualification relevant to education or special needs support.
- At least one year of experience working in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and inclusion practices.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, students, and families.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing challenging behaviours effectively.
