Core Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons for children of varying ages and abilities, including the school curriculum and swim squads.
· Provide clear instructions, feedback, and encouragement during lessons.
· Attend regular training and professional development sessions to improve coaching skills.
· Log and report any incidents, accidents, or concerns to the PE curriculum lead.
· Ensure lessons are enjoyable, educational, and motivate children to enhance their swimming skills.
· Assist with organizing and running swimming events, such as galas.
· Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
· Carry out any other duties as delegated by the PE curriculum lead.
