Student Supervisor - Maternity Cover

Long Road Sixth Form College is a thriving, successful post-16 Sixth Form College with 2,600 students on roll across a variety of studies. Conveniently located close to the M11 and A14, the college is set next to the Biomedical Campus in its own attractive grounds in the beautiful and expanding city of Cambridge. Long Road was judged by OFSTED to be Good or Outstanding in all five categories at its most recent inspection in February 2025. We are looking for a friendly and responsible Student Supervisor to join our Estates team. You will be key in ensuring that students abide by our student code of conduct, setting and maintaining clear expectations and challenging poor behaviour where necessary. You will be an integral member of staff supporting our student support teams, communicating with students and staff, and working together to promote a safe, supportive and inclusive college environment in which our young people can learn and thrive. This is an ideal opportunity for a person keen to gain experience of working to support young people within a student-facing role, in an educational establishment.
