About this role

ACS International School Egham is seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Sports and Activities Coordinator & PE Teacher to lead and develop our dynamic K–12 athletics and co-curricular programme while delivering high-quality Physical Education teaching. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational educator and leader who is committed to student wellbeing, participation, and excellence in sport and wider activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a vibrant and inclusive programme that balances competitive athletics, developmental sport, and enriching co-curricular opportunities. Working closely with school leadership, coaches, staff, students, and parents, the Sports and Activities Coordinator & PE Teacher will lead a dedicated team of coaches, activity leaders, and administrative support staff to deliver an exceptional student experience both within and beyond the classroom. The role includes a 50% teaching timetable. Key Responsibilities: Sports & Activities Leadership Lead and oversee the school’s athletics and co-curricular programme across K–12. Coordinate ACS Egham’s participation in: International Schools Athletic Association (ISAA) Independent Schools Association (ISA) London Schools Sports Association (LSSA) Develop partnerships and sporting links with local, national, and international schools. Design, implement, and continuously improve the school’s co-curricular programme. Act as the main point of contact for students, staff, and parents regarding sports and activities. PE Teaching Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality Physical Education lessons across the school. Inspire students to develop confidence, teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity. Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting within the PE department.
