About this role
Role Purpose & Key ResponsibilitiesYou will plan and deliver an engaging, accredited English curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, adapting lesson sequences to meet diverse starting points. You will play a vital role in securing academic success through the development of emotional safety, belonging, and the removal of physical writing barriers.
Curriculum Delivery: Teach English Language and Literature pathways, incorporating multimodal literacy and assistive technologies for alternative recording.
Second Subject: Offer a complementary subject specialism to support curriculum breadth and accommodate learner interests.
Neuro-Affirming Integration: Embed predictable structures, sensory-considerate classroom setups, and restorative practices into daily teaching.
