Specialist Learning Support Assistant (Positive Behaviour Support)

We are seeking multiple Specialist Learning Support Assistants to join our Education team here at Portland Charity. We are looking for enthusiastic and positive individuals who can contribute positively within our thriving team in a challenging yet rewarding role. Working as a Specialist Learning Support Assistant (Positive Behaviour Support), you will have a direct impact on the learner experience, and you will collaborate effectively with delivery staff to advance and support the learner through their curriculum framework. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities and will have strong communication skills. Experience in working with individuals with behaviour support needs and a calm approach would be desirable.
