We are looking for a Sixth Form Administrator to join an outstanding and dedicated Pastoral team at City of London School for Girls.
The sixth form administrator plays a vital role in supporting the academic, pastoral and operational life of the sixth form at City of London School for Girls. Based primarily at the Sixth Form Centre at the Museum of London site, the postholder provides high quality administrative support to the director of sixth form and the wider sixth form team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of years 12 and 13.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, professionalism and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The postholder will be a key point of continuity at the Sixth Form Centre, supporting students, staff and parents, and contributing to a calm, well organised and purposeful environment.
The sixth form administrator reports to the director of sixth form and works closely with head of year, sixth form tutors, the director of higher education, admissions and relevant support services teams.
Grade: C (pro-rata salary starting at £30,197 inclusive of Inner London Weighting)
Working hours: 35hrs per week, term time only (36 weeks per annum)
