ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Programme Tutor in Business, Marketing and Admin, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment that supports students to achieve their full potential. You’ll create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, supporting a diverse range of learners, including those with additional needs, and helping them progress into further study or employment.
Working as part of a collaborative curriculum team, you will contribute to continuous improvement, maintain high standards, and ensure a positive student experience aligned with college values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with curriculum and awarding body requirements
Monitor student progress, attendance and engagement, taking proactive action to support achievement
Provide clear targets and timely, constructive feedback to support learner development
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND
Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes such as internal verification and standardisation
Carry out duties in line with College policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality commitments
